FORGIA Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Beamaze covering your use of the FORGIA app. By using FORGIA you accept them.
FORGIA is intended for adults aged 18 and over. It is not designed or directed to children, and you should not use it if you are under 18.
1. What FORGIA is
FORGIA is an AI-assisted visualisation tool for car modifications. You give it a photograph of a car, choose the changes you want to see, and it produces an image of how that car might look.
What it produces is a picture, not a plan. FORGIA does not measure your car, does not check whether a part is made for it, and does not know what is legal where you live.
2. What the AI can and cannot tell you
AI output can be wrong, and on a specific car it often is in small ways:
- a wheel or body kit shown on your car may not exist in that size, or may not fit it at all
- colours, finishes and proportions can differ from the real part
- ride height, offsets and clearances in an image are illustrative
- the identification of your car's make, model or year can be mistaken — you can correct it, and the correction is what the render uses
Before you buy, order or fit anything you saw in FORGIA, check it with the part's manufacturer or a qualified workshop, and check what is road-legal where you drive. Beamaze is not responsible for work you carry out or commission on the strength of a render.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of the photographs you provide. You must have the right to use them: photograph your own car, or a car you have permission to photograph and submit.
Do not upload photographs of people where they are the subject, content you do not have the rights to, or anything unlawful.
4. What you allow us to do
When you ask FORGIA to analyse a car or produce a render or a video, you authorise Beamaze and the service providers it uses to process the image and your selections for that request. Which providers those are, and what they receive, is set out in the Privacy Policy.
Beamaze does not use your photographs, prompts or results to train its own AI models.
5. Your Garage is on your device
Your cars, photographs, builds, renders and videos are stored on your device, not on Beamaze's servers.
Beamaze cannot restore them. If you uninstall FORGIA, clear its data, or lose or replace the device, that Garage is gone and there is no cloud copy to bring it back. Keep your own copies of anything you care about.
Your account and credit balance are held on our servers and are restored when you sign in again.
6. Credits and purchases
Features that use AI cost credits. The cost of an action is shown in the app before you confirm it, and that figure is the one charged.
Credits are bought through Google Play or the App Store. Those stores take the payment and their refund policies apply to it; Beamaze does not take the payment and cannot reverse a store transaction.
If a generation fails on our side, the credit reserved for it is returned to your balance automatically. Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred between accounts.
7. Using the service properly
Do not use FORGIA to break the law, to upload content you have no right to, to harass anyone, or to produce material that is unlawful. Do not attempt to interfere with the service, work around credit charging, or access accounts or data that are not yours.
8. Availability
FORGIA depends on third-party AI providers, and those services can be slow, unavailable or changed without notice. Features may be added, altered or withdrawn. We do not promise uninterrupted availability.
9. Ending your use
You can stop using FORGIA at any time and delete your account from inside the app. Deleting your account removes the account records described in the Privacy Policy; it does not touch the Garage on your device, which is removed by uninstalling the app or clearing its data.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or that is being used to attack the service.
10. Liability
FORGIA is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Beamaze is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make about modifying a vehicle based on a render.
Nothing in these terms removes rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived under the law that applies to you.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India will have jurisdiction over any dispute, except where the law that applies to you as a consumer gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters to how you use FORGIA, we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
